The official Hanging of the Hands ceremony - at the State Capitol Rotunda on Sunday, March 30, 2007 at 1:00 pm. GiGi R Rivadeneyra/SC Health Department will travel to Tallahassee to represent Seminole County and to hand carry and hang our Hands in the Rotunda.
